It is a mandatory to all personnel onboard including all premier employee and all contractors that every morning before starting their activities (routine and unplanned activities) they must attend to morning meeting.The morning meeting is held in every department, usually lead by Department’s supervisor or his delegation. The Supervisors will explain what the program during the day; any unclear program is usually discussed during this meeting.
Process Dept and Maintenance Dept usually perform morning meetings start at 06:00am until the entire program clearly understood. The Project Dept start conducting the meeting once all personnel transferred from FPSO are onboard.
